Refund Policy

A 30-Day Risk-Free Refund Policy!

This refund policy is part of the VPNBolt Agreement and should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other supplementary terms. This policy applies only to subscriptions purchased through www.vpnbolt.com. Subscriptions purchased via cryptocurrency, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store (“in-app purchases”) are non-refundable and governed by their respective legal agreements.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 30 days from the initial purchase date ("Money-Back Guarantee"). This offer is valid only once per user. Any changes made to your subscription plan, such as upgrading, during the first 30 days will forfeit your Money-Back Guarantee. To request a refund, email [email protected] using the same email address you registered with, along with the reason for your refund request. We may attempt to resolve any service issues before processing the refund.

Auto-Renewal Customers:

You can modify or cancel your auto-renewal before the renewal date by contacting [email protected]. However, refunds will not be available after the initial 30-day period.

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to in-app purchases.

Other Refund Requests

Refund requests made after the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period will be evaluated at our sole discretion. You will need to provide proof that the service was unavailable or unusable, despite multiple support requests. If sufficient evidence is provided, we may issue a pro-rata refund for the period of service disruption. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected], including relevant evidence supporting your claim.

Non-use of the service is not a valid reason for a refund

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 days. Refunds are issued in USD, and currency exchange fluctuations may result in a difference in the refund amount received compared to what you initially paid. It may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Once your refund is processed, access to the refunded services will be terminated immediately.

Non-refundable Purchases

1. Special Accounts: This refund policy does not apply to special accounts issued by VPNBolt.

2. Auto-renewal Cancellations: Refunds for unused portions of automatically renewed subscriptions will not be issued unless required by law.

3. Breach of Terms: User accounts terminated due to violations of the VPNBolt Agreement are not eligible for refunds.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments: Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
